Rachel Morulane is a public development advocate guided by the belief that quality education can create equitable opportunities for all. Her work is rooted in a commitment to strengthening education systems that support both teachers and learners across South Africa.
As Systems Transformation Coordinator at Thuma Mina Teaching, she supports the development and improvement of systems that enhance how educational content is created, managed, and delivered. Her work focuses on building and refining workflows, including AI-supported content processes and administrative systems that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability. She also contributes to monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and ensuring quality and alignment across learning materials.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development and Environment and a BCom Honours degree in Public Development and Management from Stellenbosch University. Driven by her passion for education and development, she contributes to Thuma Mina Teaching’s mission of empowering teachers and learners nationwide.
