Rachel Morulane is a public development advocate, guided by the belief that quality education can create equitable opportunities for all. As a Project Administrator at Thuma Mina Teaching, she coordinates programmes that provide teachers with high-quality curriculum resources, supporting engaging lessons and improved learning outcomes in classrooms across South Africa.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development and Environment and is currently pursuing a BCom Honours in Public Development and Management with Stellenbosch University. Driven by her passion for strengthening education through development, Rachel contributes to Thuma Mina Teaching’s mission of empowering teachers and learners nationwide.
