Juliana Louw is an education professional with more than a decade of classroom experience, including several leadership and management roles. Her years as a teacher gave her a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within South African schools, where her passion for strengthening teacher development first took root. She believes that effective, supported teachers are central to transforming education.

As Project Manager at Thuma Mina Teaching, Juliana leads teacher training and other key initiatives that combine practical classroom insight with scalable EdTech solutions. She draws on her teaching background to ensure that TMT’s programmes are both relevant and grounded in the realities of the classroom.

Juliana holds a BCom in Management Science from Stellenbosch University, majoring in Project Management, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE). She remains committed to creating meaningful support for teachers and advancing initiatives that make a lasting difference in classrooms.
