Jade Fikster serves as Administrator at Thuma Mina Teaching, bringing close to a decade of experience in aftercare education, classroom support, and programme coordination. She has a strong foundation in managing structured learning environments and in supporting both learners and educators, contributing to the steady and effective coordination of TMT’s programmes.

Jade previously served as an Aftercare Assistant and Grade 1 Teacher Assistant at Paarl Boys’ Primary, where she supported daily operations, coordinated schedules, maintained attendance and reporting systems, and assisted with learner development through structured academic and behavioural support. Her work has included parent communication, record-keeping, staff coordination, and the implementation of positive behaviour strategies.

She holds an N4 Educare Certificate from Boland College and has completed First Aid Level 1 and 2 training. Jade is known for her organised and reliable approach, as well as her genuine love for learners and the potential each child carries. She is committed to supporting teams well so that TMT’s work can reach classrooms and learners effectively.
