David Molotsi is a financial advisor and entrepreneur with a deep commitment to education, innovation, and community upliftment. He served as Chairman of the Board at Thuma Mina Teaching from 2020–2023, and after a two-year break, resumed his directorship in 2025 to continue supporting the organisation’s mission.

Beyond TMT, David contributes his expertise to other boards and community initiatives, offering strategic guidance in governance and finance. His leadership style is collaborative and relational, rooted in a heart for service rather than position.

David holds multiple postgraduate qualifications and has been recognised with national entrepreneurship awards, yet he remains most passionate about using his skills to create opportunities for others. He believes that education, when paired with innovation and accountability, has the power to transform lives and communities.
