Join our Next EMS Teacher Training Workshop

Thuma Mina Teaching is proud to offer qualifying teachers free access to our Navigating Grade 7–9 EMS with ICT Solutions training sessions. These in-person workshops are accredited by the South African Council for Educators (SACE) and are designed to support teachers with practical classroom strategies, interactive activities, and curriculum-aligned digital resources. Teachers gain hands-on experience using Thuma Mina Teaching’s resources, explore lesson planning approaches, and receive tools that make EMS teaching more relevant and engaging.

Our half-day workshops take place on Saturdays between 07h45 – 12h45.

SACE accredited

Teachers earn 5 CPTD points through our SACE-accredited workshops.

Schools and aftercare centres face the challenge of keeping learners motivated, on track, and exam-ready. By partnering with TMT, you gain access to a proven digital library of CAPS-aligned video lessons and resources that support both consolidation and extension. How It Works

  • No-fee schools and aftercare centres serving underserved communities receive free onboarding and support from TMT.
  • Fee-paying schools that wish to formally integrate TMT into their LMS or school offering can contact us for licensed onboarding. This option includes advanced features such as usage analytics and LMS integration.
  • Orientation sessions ensure staff are confident in using TMT resources.
  • Learners access lessons anytime on YouTube or via curated playlists, while teachers use TMT to reinforce key concepts.

Licensing and
Use of TMT Content

Our lessons and videos are free to use for teachers, learners, and community programmes.

You’re welcome to watch, share, and use them in your classroom, aftercare centre, or at home — no permission needed.

A licence is only required if your organisation is a fee-paying or online school that wants to:

  • Integrate TMT content formally into a Learning Management System (LMS) or hosted platform, or
  • Adapt or redistribute our materials at scale.
