Phambili Ketwa brings experience in teaching and project coordination to his role as Operations & Programme Coordinator at Thuma Mina Teaching. Having taught English and Economic Management Sciences across the intermediate and senior phase, he has a practical understanding of what teachers and learners need in the classroom.

At TMT, Phambili supports the delivery and growth of teacher training initiatives alongside the operational and administrative processes that keep programmes running effectively. He liaises with teachers, partners, and service providers to ensure clear communication and strong relationships across all programme activities.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Western Cape, majoring in English and Psychology, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from UNISA. Recognised for his strong organisational skills, adaptability, and commitment to excellence in both educational and business environments, Phambili remains passionate about empowering others and driving meaningful outcomes through innovative teaching and effective project execution.
